Spin WebCIMS (Case and Issues Management System)
WebCIMS provides a means for routinizing correspondence circulation and maintaining records on important, sensitive, and/or time critical internal and external correspondence. WebCIMS is implemented in client-specific configurations to provide an effective method for managing correspondence by tracking not only the original item, but also the response and/or actions taken by management or staff. WebCIMS is used by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, The US Department of Commerce, the US Department of Education, and other US Government Agencies.
