Solution-based Planning and Optimization is a consulting and business approach to help you optimize your use of Spin Systems products. In engaging Spin Systems, an experienced, highly capable consulting team will work with you to understand how your business operates (e.g., organization, processes, activities, policies, practices, risks) and identify how best to apply Spin Systems products to improve efficiency and productivity. This analysis is completed using:
- Stakeholder-based interview, focus groups and surveys.
- Survey and analysis of the information and processes within your organization.
- Review of existing policy and procedure guidelines.
- Identification of aligning systems and solutions.
- Identification of Solution Performance Metrics and best practices
Service Package features include:
- Recommended Implementation Roadmap, including project organization, hardware deployment (dependencies and sequencing), software deployed (dependencies and sequencing), and conversion/migration (dependencies and sequencing).
- Recommended Change Management Plan, including an Education Plan, a Communications/Adoption Plan, a Risk Mitigation Plan, and an Organizational Alignment Plan (reporting relationships, roles and responsibilities)
- Recommended Process Change Plan, including specifics recommendations to existing processes, policies and procedures
