Sterling, VA -- Feb 22, 2010 -- Spin Systems Inc has been awarded a contract to deploy SBF-CX (Spin Business Framework - Cases Express) to the US Office of Personnel Management (www.opm.gov), Office of the General Counsel (OGC). SBF-CX is a comprehensive case and document management tracking system.

The United States Office of Personnel Management is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and setting benefits policies for 1.9 Million Federal civilian employees.

SBF-CX will allow the OGC to track, manage, analyze and report on cases and allow the tracking and storing of case-related documents. SBF-CX is built on the Spin Business Framework (SBF), a powerful and highly configurable business application framework that can be swiftly configured to build enterprise level information management systems for almost any vertical application. SBF includes features for rapid application development, document management, document assembly, workflow, team collaboration, and reporting and executive dashboards. Once deployed, OPM can expand the usage of the SBF platform beyond the immediate Document Management Tracking, and can deploy additional applications that can all be tightly integrated for ease of data sharing, reporting, and maintenance.

"SBF is in use by thousands of users at Fortune 100 and Federal agencies," said Spin Systems' Vice President, Mr. Hatem Khalek. "Spin Systems years of experience in deploying automated web based matter management product will greatly improve the efficiency of the Office of the General Counsel at the OPM in handling their significant case load."
