U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

The Department of Veterans Affairs has used WebCIMS for 9 years.  Today, more than 1,600 users in the Department use WebCIMS to electronically capture, assign, route, and process incoming correspondence. Secretary-level documents, congressional letters, and White House and direct constituent mail are all tracked and managed in WebCIMS. WebCIMS facilitates and improves the quality and timeliness of response for millions of U.S. veterans.

U.S. Department of Commerce

The Department's Executive Secretariat, Patent and Trademark Office, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Bureau of Industry and Security, and International Trade Association use WebCIMS to manage correspondence throughout their organizations.

U.S. Department of Education

WebCIMS is used to manage the critical processes and documentation associated with the Equal Employment Opportunity program. WebCIMS provides immediate access to vital legal documents and preserves the ties between these documents and individuals, dates, and events.

 Canadian Federal Government

WebCIMS is the standard for all Canadian Federal agencies for the Management of Executive Information project. Currently, 15 Federal agencies in Canada use it to track and manage incoming correspondence and documents. At the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages, WebCIMS was integrated with IBM Records Manager. Correspondence and documents are automatically registered and profiled from WebCIMS to IBM Records Manager with no end-user involvement.
